• Why the large deposit amount?
  
  This is a standard company policy seeing as we do not offer credit terms and it will be allocated specifically for you.
• How long does it take to deliver a unit which is out of stock?
  
  We have a network of suppliers in South Africa and abroad that can assist us in supplying Generators. It can take anyting for 1 to 12 weeks depending on the Generators specifications. Contact us for more specific delivery times.

• Why do I have to start, test and check the Generator every week?
  
  In order to keep your Generator in good working order it is essential to test the unit regularly. By doing this you can detect any problems before you actually need your Generator in the event of a power failure. This will also ensure that the coolant and lubrication levels are correct and there are no rodents, insects, vegetation, etc inside the unit.
